2012年5月8日 · R404 is a better A/C refrigerant because of the lower temps but works like R410 in heating. The discharge temps are lower than the normal for what an R22 system would see. The new dry R22 units have mineral oil in them so they are already compatable with R404. Many are starting to use that since the price of R22 is getting bad.

2021年7月6日 · I’m n ac guy trying to help a buddy with walk in with r404. Can only get 20 degrees super heat liquid temp 112. 305 psi. Suc 50 psi. This is a new start up Txv is open all the way. Site glass is full amp 17 amp rated 22. Outdoor temp 82 box 45

2011年6月24日 · i am dealing with a walk in freezer temp is 40 degree in box no lower sight glass is clear running 20psi on suction and 325psi on head pressure evap sh is 56 100 degree ambient temp my evap is obviously starved big time. expansion valve raised 6 psi when holding it in my hand everything is sized correctly with brandnew expansion valve (flare in) any feedback would be much appreciated thankyou

2006年3月14日 · 404A runs a higher head. In my neck of the woods, 404A costs alot more than 134A. Cap tube restrictions in my opinion are from the oil and high head pressure and high temperature.

2014年7月6日 · I am a Journeyman, but I strictly work on residential units. Never had to work on a 404a system. A friend of mine had me check out a reach in freezer at his restaurant.
