2016年1月2日 · I've been thinking about swapping an RB25DE into my 72 Z for quite a while now. There isn't all that much info out there, the reason I want to go NA with the RB is so I can have some ITB's at some point. Has anyone on here done this? I believe the RB26 has ITBs stock and there are swap kits for the RBs like mckinneymotorsports.

2013年3月9日 · Do it for a point of difference on a roadcar yes, but don't expect any instant gains from it. The build aspect is fairly easy if you have access to a CNC machinist that can make the adapter plate and weld to what's left of your intake manifold.

2014年1月8日 · Cleaning this motor has been quite a task due to a mud bath back in Oki. The ITBs still need some attention. They seem to be made of a different aluminum than the head because the head cleaned right up with simple green. The intake still is all corroded after much more scrubbing than the head.

2010年3月17日 · There are ITB setups for straight sixes, quite pricey when I looked into it from here in NZ. You will still have to make an adaptor plate from the ITB's to the RB head. The only off the shelf setups I have seen are for Honda's as most people just bolt on a turbo to the RB's.

2011年7月31日 · We are building an RB25DE with open ITBs. My concern is the CAS that isnt currently supported. I have seen there are more MS friendly trigger wheels that can be installed into the CAS.
