2024年1月15日 · Rc4 red shot I’ve shot this before and had good results, but opened a new flat today and 2/3 of the shells sounded like squibs. They seemed to work but I wiffed easy shots and I’m pretty sure it was the ammo, everyone in my group commented that it sounded terrible as well.

2025年3月13日 · I used a lot of RC2 ammo when I was living in South Africa. The times I have tested them for shot hardness, they came out pretty soft. Even the RC4 which is supposed to be their "good stuff" tested out soft. Hard shot patterns better than soft shot. They're not AA's nor STS's. I'd put them on par with Super Targets or Gun Clubs.

2020年10月8日 · I was having trouble with 115 RN and 147 FN previously but the lighter recoil spring seemed to fix that. I didn’t get a chance to run HP ammo so that still is tbd. Happy I am finally getting some reliability. Also for those of you that are curious I printed the RC4 colt mag adapter and tested that out. It fed 115 and 124 perfectly.

2020年11月5日 · Got the RC4 adapter and mag followers in today. Did a quick range function trip and everything ran flawlessly. LRBHO functioned every mag and my Colt ASC mags ran with zero FTF. Ammo was Blazer Brass 115 and 124 grain. My confidence in this as a self defense platform has greatly increased.

2020年11月7日 · Well weve already figured out the bog likes hotter loads. We know certain gubs prefer certain ammo. The heavier grain cartidge causes more pressure on the bolt going backwards for one, but if the shape of the round is the factor causing issues then its only way of being referenced colloquially to our peers is by brand name and grain weight.
