RKT's position cost distribution (shown below) shows that 94% of the shareholders are in the red. This almost always happens with manipulation in small cap and pennystocks, not with a $40B company like RKT. Even when GME dipped to around $50 it wasn't that bad; that was a drop of >90% from the high of $483 on a universally agreed manipulated stock.

Per the press release from RKT, it says “payable on March 22, 2022 to holders of Class A common stock of record at the close of business on March 8th, 2022.” But per investopedia, the ex-dividend date is the trading day on which the dividend is not owed to a new buyer of the stock.
