RTSH 1 is the flagship generalist channel. RTSH 2 is dedicated niche communities, including cultural and ethnic minorities, broadcasting news editions in Greek, Montenegrin and Aromanian. RTSH 3 is dedicated to Albanians living abroad. RTSH also has dedicated channels, for news (RTSH-24), sports, music, children, etc.

RTSH 3 uzivo nudi programe na raznim albanskim jezicima. Programi kanala uključuju vijesti, dokumentarne filmove, filmove, muzičke i kulturne programe na turskom, grčkom, italijanskom, srpskom, bosanskom, makedonskom i rumunskom jeziku.

RTSH 3 è la terza emittente televisiva pubblica albanese del gruppo Radio Televizioni Shqiptar, con sede a Tirana. Presente già dal 1928 con trasmissioni radiofoniche, le prime trasmissioni televisive furono mandate in onda dal 1960, con intrattenimento per adulti e bambini.
