I installed it but windows only sees it as a Microsoft basic display adapter. I tried locating drivers with no luck, the PC has Windows 10 Pro 32Bit 22H2.

So even if AMD would release a driver update, the game is going to run like crap on the RX 580. Doesn't sound like fun playing a game on absolute worst settings and nearly unplayable frames.
