2022年2月12日 · I have had it 6+ months now and I am really enjoying my Onkyo TX-RZ50. No third party adapter needed to enjoy 4K/120 content. No need to wait and pay extra for a DIRAC upgrade. Everything works exactly as advertised. I rip all my music on to an SSD in a lossless uncompressed format and plug the SSD into my Onkyo TX-RZ50’s usb input on the back.

2022年2月12日 · The fact that Dirac is included with the TX-RZ50, while it costs $259 to $349 extra with the Denon 3800 (and not even available yet) makes the Onkyo an interesting option for those who want Dirac now at a decent price. Denon downgrading the 3800 DAC after the AKM fire and charging hundreds extra for Dirac gives Onkyo a nice value equation.

2024年9月5日 · The odds of both subwoofer outputs being independent on this model are very, very high. The confusion around the RZ50 is simply down to the fact that the RZ30 is a 2024 model and the RZ50 is a 2021 model. No different then comparing an X6700H with 2 sub outs to an X3800H with 4, when they were both on the market at the same time.

That's because of the so called .2 vs the RZ50's .1. The RZ30 may have the lower spec DAC...

2022年2月12日 · My RZ50 resides now in my living room feeding 3 Aperions speakers, 2 Monitor Audio Bronze and an SVS SB2000. Perfect operational status so far. No clicking, no reboots, nothing. Very reliable and giving me at least 1 hour of content everyday. New measurements would be interesting. Or maybe there is a sampling rate. Very, very happy with my RZ50.

2022年2月12日 · Onkyo TX-RZ50 Power Amplifier Testing This testing cost me anther hour of sleep (went to bed near 4:00 am!). I started with measuring 4 ohm power as I usually do and got ridiculously low level of output before clipping. I checked all the settings, set the amp to 6 vs 4 ohm and back, power save mode off, etc. but nothing would fix it.
