2015年10月17日 · Recent document option has been removed on Windows 10. Instead, on Windows 10 you have an option recent files. To access it, follow the steps: Press Windows Key + E. Under File Explorer, select Quick access. Now, you will find a section Recent files which will display all the recently viewed files/documents. Hope it helps.

And reason for this question is rather than backing up entire folders having lots of files I thought why not just back up a month of files I modify one or twice or more and to this drive in a folder until I go to save to backup flash drive.
