MV Red Jet 7 is a British high speed catamaran ferry operated by Red Funnel on its Southampton-Cowes route. It was launched on 6 June 2018 and entered service on 24 July [ 1 ] [ 2 ] Red Jet 7 has a length of 41.12 metres (134 ft 11 in), a beam of 10.87 metres (35 ft 8 in) and a draught of 1.30 metres (4 ft 3 in).

2024年7月4日 · UK ferry operator Red Funnel has confirmed plans to introduce an innovative, emission-free high-speed vessel on its Solent service by late 2025. This groundbreaking vessel is an all-electric e-foiling passenger ferry, developed by Artemis Technologies, marking a significant leap forward in maritime transportation.

Operated by Red Funnel on the route. Launched in 2018at Wight Shipyard in East Cowes, Red Jet 6 is the third and newest hi-speed vessel at Red Funnel with capacity for up to 277 passengers and four crew. This vessel serves foot passengers only.
