This is an RF neutralizer assembly that supplies electrons for any ion beam source. It is typically used with an RF ion beam source. It can also be used as a stand-alone application where up to 900 mA of electrons are required. The RFN is typically mounted to a flange that comes with a RF matching network (sold separately).
