Ricoh and Pentax are rumored to have had a close working relationship in the mid-70s to early 1980s that extended to both lens and body designs features.

2012年6月24日 · The Ricoh SLR models I remember owning were Singlex II, XR-1, XR-2, Sears KS1000 (Ricoh XR-1s), Sears KS auto (Ricoh XR-2s) and XR-7. IIRC every one eventually developed a non-functioning exposure meter. On the electronic models this meant the shutter would not fire as well. Chris

2018年6月16日 · There is evidence of collaboration between Ricoh and Pentax going back to the early days of the K-mount. For example, the Pentax-M 200/4 and XR Rikenon 200/4 clearly came from the same factory. Whether it was at Asahi or at Ricoh is a matter or speculation. As for the full range of K-mount cameras, even the Russians fielded a K-mount line.

2008年8月19日 · Don't know much about the Ricoh lenses, but no doubt having above-average speed and nice manual focussing at 70mm is nice compared to a slow 55mm f/5.6 kit lens (at the long end of the zoom). I have used a Pentax A 35-70 f/4 for similar purposes.
