When Gnar came out there were some very strange comments from Riot about how pro players will totally hate Gnar because he's unreliable and random and inconsistent. Completely missing that inconsistency is just fine if there's power to back it up. OG Gnar had to be nerfed a few rounds for pro play, in reality.
