This is a minty Romy G AK-47, built on a Childers receiver by Troy Sellers using a Romanian G code kit with original Romanian chrome lined barrel. It's in excellent condition as it was only ever test fired by the builder, and never used afterward.

2012年7月22日 · I have in my possession an Romanian "G" parts kit dated 1978 with all matching parts and the original chrome-lined barrel in unfired condition. I've decided that once I get this rifle built, it will be my shtf rifle.

This is an AK47 Underfolder. It is a 1986 Romanian Kit that was built with a receiver from Ewbank Mfg. I have no information on who actually built the kit. The serial numbers don’t match the trunion’s serial number. The rear sight block has the G on the left side indicating it was from a Patriotic Guard gun, and we know them better as a Romy G.

It's basically a true, Romanian AK with some smaller US-made parts thrown in for compliance. That's what makes it middle-ground: it's still Romanian. Nothing wrong with that, really: far better than a screw-built Frankengun, but still a bit shy of Arsenal territory.
