2023年7月20日 · Project Kaito dirilis dengan roster-roster menjanjikan untuk MDL PH S2. Pada Rabu (19/7) akhirnya RRQ PH dirilis dengan nama “ Kaito ” melalui kanal YouTube Team RRQ. Terlihat dalam video pengumuman roster, dua sosok utama di balik tim ini, Super Kurt dan Tets berperan sebagai Pelatih dan Manajer tim.

Divisi Mobile Legends RRQ menjadi lengkap dengan turut hadirnya RRQ Sena sebagai tim kedua yang akan menjadi perwakilan RRQ di MDL. Kini divisi Mobile Legends dilengkapi oleh RRQ Mika sebagai perwakilan tim wanita RRQ, dan di 2022 ini RRQ kembali mengembangkan sayapnya ke Brazil dengan membentuk RRQ Akira.

2023年7月20日 · RRQ Kaito is set to participate in the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Development League Season 2 (MDL PH Season 2) alongside eleven other teams, with eight of them being sister teams to competing organizations in MPL PH. RRQ Kaito’s roster is composed of new talents and familiar names.

MDL Philippines (also known as MDL PH) is a Second tier Professional League in Philippines. All MPL PH Teams is guaranteed their own MDL appearances with addition of other non-MPL teams. If selecting the opponent's heroes in the previous game, it is not affected by this rule.
