2010年8月4日 · When we log into that PC as that user and run a gpupdate (have even rebooted to check), and then run rsop.msc it shows that setting as not defined. There are no other GPOs applied to this OU that has the machine and in the inheritance tab it shows this GPO applying at the highest precedence from the default GPOs.
