2019年2月9日 · Most people call Ryu’s held attacks “heavy attacks,” like “heavy u-tilt.” The reason I call it medium instead is because “heavy attacks” are smash attacks in Street Fighter terms. Henceforth, Ryu has light (tap), medium (told), and heavy (smash attack) normals.

In Street Fighter this move is mainly used as an Anti-Air. With a good read, one could Anti-Air with this move and, at worst, trade with an opponent's attack. It is Ryu's most damaging Smash Attack.

2014年2月12日 · Ryu Hayabusa is the protagonist of the Ninja Gaiden action series which debuted on the NES as well as a main character in the Dead or Alive fighting game series. In Ninja Gaiden, Ryu is on a quest for revenge against those that hurt his father, his village, etc and utilizes the Dragon Sword and various other ninja tools to achieve this end.

Several Smash Attacks are more easily punished than this move, and this is more dangerous and comes out faster than so many of them. Ryu is a very fun character and I really enjoy playing him.
