The Aérospatiale Alouette III (French pronunciation: [alwɛt], Lark; company designations SA 316 and SA 319) is a single-engine, light utility helicopter developed by French aircraft company Sud Aviation.

法国宇航云雀III型 （Aérospatiale Alouette III）是由 法国宇航公司 生产的轻型、单发及七座多用途直升机。 云雀III型于1959年2月28日首飞，1985年停产，是 云雀II型 的后续机型。

依照所装发动机不同分为sa.316和sa.319两类编号。 原型机于1959年2月28日首次飞行，1961年12月5日取得法国适航证书，1962年3月27日取得 美国联邦航空局 适航征，1963年7月8日取得联邦德国民航当局适航证。
