Out of town drop in for open gym is not allowed during classes. We have plenty of parking in the Mission Center shopping center and additional on-street parking along McPherson Street and Mission Street. Feel free to use our shower! Please bring your own towel and amenities. We also have additional space for getting ready for your day.

CrossFit (or functional fitness) is infinitely scalable and probably not at all what you’re thinking. PLUS we have two other options for classes that include strength and cardiovascular training! Lifestyle Members have Australia’s newest and most premium wellness facility, The Sporting Club of Sydney, fully at their disposal.
