The now-legendary W126 sedan debuted in late 1979, a successor to the company’s flagship W116 platform. A year later, the S-Class range expanded to include a hardtop coupe.

This is an original AMG wide body example featuring the original wide body AMG fiberglass front fenders and aluminum hood that were installed new at the AMG plant in Germany. It retains its original AMG engine as delivered new and it is completely and totally accident and corrosion free.

Finished in Blue-Black Metallic, it features front and rear spoilers and rides on Bilstein-AMG dampers along with 17” AMG Aero III multi-piece wheels. Inside, heated and power-adjustable Recaro front seats trimmed in Anthracite leather are accompanied by burl wood trim as well as a MOMO steering wheel and a Becker Grand Prix 2000 radio.
