SMB direct will automatically enable on systems that will benefit from it. These systems I don't think can be achieved with regular computers, only workstations. So yes that is the actual SMB direct however if you activate it you won't, in most cases, benefit of it. SMB (checked on your screenshot) is the regular samba Windows protocol.
