The SN300x Single Chip Secure Element and NFC Controller Series 1 combines on a single die an Embedded Secure Element and a NFC Controller. The two subsystems are called "SN300_SE" and "SN300_NFC". The NFC Controller is not part of the TOE. The Embedded Secure Element SN300_SE is based on a Flash-based secure microcontroller platform.

NXP’s third generation eSIM convergence solution, SN300, is designed for simpler development, delivery and operation of secure embedded transactions. This compact, monolithic IC combines independent eSIM, eSE and NFC functions with a secure interface to UWB for faster deployment and enabling new use cases.
