2022年7月18日 · The SP5 even though it has "a shelf" vs.a traditional machinegun push pin, will still allow a factory spec full auto trigger pack to be installed on the gun. The reason being is the dimension depth of the SP5 shelf behind the magwell (where it counts) isn't really any deeper than the molded in sheet metal insert in the grip frame.

2022年1月31日 · I run an Omega 9K on my HK SP5 and loaded with 147gr as my home defense gun (aimpoint comp mp5 red dot). Super quiet and very maneuverable. That said, if I can, I use hearing protection. I ran the same configuration for a competitive pcc shoot with distances out to 100 yards without issue. My goal of the config was maneuverability.

2024年12月9日 · The best of the available choices is the B&T telescopic brace which works on the principles of the factory a3 stock. I tried the various other options and they all work but mostly are deficient to the B&T. I think all of them designed for the SP5 are plug and play. The most I've had to do was ream the holes so the pins went in easier.

2020年3月8日 · The SP5 has no such limitations: longer sight radius, longer barrel (more velocity = longer range), increased ergonomics, smoother recoil impulse - it's effectively a pistol-caliber carbine. It has a specific use-case scenario vs a dedicated pistol.
