Dr. Brian Kehl, a member of the Senior Executive Service, is the Deputy to the Commander for Combat Support, Headquarters Space Operations Command (SpOC), Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado. Dr. Kehl leads SpOC’s Human Capital (S1), Mission Sustainment (S4), and Resource Management & Special Access Programs (S8) Directorates.

Space Operations Command provides Combat Power Projection, Information Mobility, Space Domain Awareness, and Space Mobility and Logistics. Further, SpOC fosters and incubates innovation from all levels of the force, and fully supports the drive to build a Digital Service.
