2025年2月26日 · The dock also has firewire 400, 800, USB3 so we can pretty much always get data off of the drives in the field. Been using these since the hyperdeck was released with out fail. Hope this helps.

2025年2月28日 · My mistake was assuming I could simply plug these into my SATA SSD dock and download. After realizing that these new drives do not fit I began searching for a solution to download the drives. I purchased: Icy Dock U.2 NVMe SSD to USB 3.2 Gen 2 Adapter The new dock sees the drive via USB but does not mount to allow access to my recorded media.

2020年5月17日 · This gives you "format" options (NTFS or ex-FAT) I believe - choose ex-FAT. Then you bring the formatted SSD "online". Alternatively, you can open the Computer Administration menu and do above steps from there (this is how I do it). To remove the SSD physically from the dock, you bring it "offline" prior to pulling it out of the dock.

2025年3月24日 · Without the software, I see the Cloud Dock on my network (connecting on a MacBook Pro M1 laptop running OS 14.5), but the "guest" login doesn't work, and I haven't found any documentation for admin credentials. However, I've been testing so far with an unformatted SSD inserted. Would that matter?

2025年3月23日 · I am using an Intel 530 Series 240GB as recommended in the SSD list and it works fine in my computer and HDD dock, but when I plug it into the BMPC it says "No SSD". I also have a Samsung 840EVO 750GB that is not on the recommended list, and it actually works ok, detects fine and everything.

5 天之前 · With a HyperDeck you are recording to an SSD mostly... SD Cards are also supported, but SSDs are preferred. If what you're actually asking is whether you can attach an SSD directly to the switcher, you can't. That's an ATEM Mini Iso feature for now. The HyperDeck Studio HD Plus, as seen on the spec page, supports 6G-SDI, which is 4k30p.
