The SWCC Basic insignia is a 2-1/2 by 1-1/4 inch silver matte metal pin showing a background of a cocked flintlock pistol, a crossed naval enlisted cutlass, and a Mark V Special Operations Craft atop a bow wave. The SWCC Senior insignia incorporates an upright anchor in the background of the SWCC Basic insignia.

The Special Warfare insignia consists of an eagle clutching a U.S. Navy anchor, trident, and flintlock-style pistol. This gold badge is considered a successor to the obsolete Underwater Demolition Insignia .

2016年8月26日 · Naval Special Warfare’s Special Warfare Combatant-craft Crewman community recently updated their warfare pin. The new badge (above), more closely resembles the Rate’s insignia of a cutlass and flintlock pistol atop an anchor, which replaces the waves in the original version (below), first issued in 2001.
