Toshio Saeki (Japanese: 佐伯俊男, Hepburn: Saeki Toshio, 1945 – November 21, 2019) was a Japanese illustrator and painter, known for his erotic works. Saeki was born in Miyazaki Prefecture and grew up in Osaka from the age of four. Little is known about his family background and the rest of his private life.

Born in 1945 in Miyazaki, Japan, Saeki gained notoriety in the 1970’s for his avant garde approach, connecting traditional Japanese art styles such as Shunga (erotica) and Yokaiga (mythology) with postmodern radical pop art culture.
