2020年3月30日 · I plugged my phone up to charge this past weekend. It will not charge anymore. It stays at 1 % and alarms with low temp will resume charging when temp rises. This apparently has to be a manufacture defect. Especially sense there are thousands of posts about it. What do you expect me to do Samsung?

2023年8月5日 · The Samsung website specs says that the LTE model of the Note 10+ has the hybrid sim trays that has dual sim capability. Received my Note 10+ and only see a sim/micro sd tray. Samsung has posted very misleading information since I assumed it meant that all world wide models will have dual sim trays.
