Sarah Chen or Chen Shu-hua (traditional Chinese: 陳淑樺; simplified Chinese: 陈淑桦; pinyin: Chén Shúhuà; born 14 May 1958) is a Taiwanese singer [1] who was active from the 1970s to the late 1990s.
