The Notice of Approval (NOA) is the approval in writing by the SCDF on any fire safety work proposal. The NOA must be obtained before the commencement of the proposed fire safety works. The SCDF requires such proposal to be made in accordance with the SCDF Fire Code, and to be submitted by a Qualified Person (QP).
