I've read on this forum, that people say the pedals that come with the bike aren't very good, so I bought these 3 in 1 pedals off Amazon. The bike comes with 2 in 1 pedals (SPD cleats or a toe cage). I want to be able to use Look/Delta cleats, hence my purchase of new pedals.

Then there are smart bikes like Stages SmartBike, Wahoo Bike, Tacx Bike, Watt Bike Atom (all directly measure power) and Peloton Bike+ (calculated power based on resistance) where the app can control the bike's resistance.

2022年6月16日 · For serious competition on Zwift, it’s better to go with a more traditional bike with a smart trainer or a dedicated smart bike than a spin cycle, as you can’t get controllable resistance easily on a spin cycle. Here’s an example of an end state I had recording the IC4’s values using the app Kinetic in another non-Zwift environment.

2020年7月9日 · EDIT: After researching a bit more, I’m confused about if I should purchase an UPRIGHT bike or a CYCLING bike. They appear to be pretty much the same, except where the pedals are located (and if you can stand while pedaling or not). Also, the cycling bike makes the riding experience feel more natural like a real outdoor bike.

2022年7月18日 · They're the exact same with different colors. If i were going to buy between the two, i would probably buy the C2 bike. If you want to use it for WODs, the C2 would be more relatable to cals for bike workouts. The resell would also be much better because of the crossfit backing. If you just want a spin bike, the IC4 is a good option.
