2008年10月21日 · The 420A is US designed but Japanese made by an OEM. Made for HH Scott's successor company which was German owned. HH Scott, Inc went into receivership in 1973 and was acquired by a German company (Schneider, IIRC). Very good performer but not up to the earlier HH Scott equipment.
