Shiva FLB is constantly hampering and contradicting itself and while it has enough pure value to get away with it (20% cap up to team, reliably personal damage/sustain, and a free full heal are very nice) it still make me wince from a design/polish perspective.

If doing content that is purely on-element, Shiva can rival or in some cases exceed HalMal’s benefit to the team - particularly if you are able to capitalize on his boosted 1st passive by using setups that end the raid in under 5 turns.

2019年4月5日 · ULB Baha vs Shiva would depend on the length of the content, but I think it would generally favor Shiva. Shiva's cap up on call is 110% I believe whereas Baha is only 20% on ougis. I believe Shiva's call is less cap up if used on an ougi though, so it is a bit harder to make good use of (ideally on a guaranteed TA turn like Tien sk4 T2).

If you have somebody bringing Fire Atk up (likely G. Percy) Shiva is 20% Damage Cap turn 1 - so he can be useful in burst still. He brings unconditional 20% damage taken lowered, conditional 20% wind damage lowered after he ramps (we'll get to that), and his 10% reduction EMP.

Lucio was clearly meant as a wink-wink proxy Lucifer until they ret-conned him into a different guy for WMTSB, a story thread which itself was clearly meant to star Gran/Djeeta until Mr. Coffee stole everyone's hearts.
