Simon's Two-Stage design. This program generates Simon's optimal two-stage designs (Simon, 1989) and admissible designs from Jung et al. (2004) for Phase II single arm clinical trials.

Simon两阶段设计常用于肿瘤药物单臂两阶段试验，具有节省样本量，早期发现试验无效及时终止试验，避免受试者接受无效治疗，节省时间和成本，更加符合伦理要求的特点。
