Dec 5, 2024 · Hi @Howard-rapps First check that you are not trying to Download or view HD or UHD content without the Q HD or UHD Subscription pack. The Sky Q Sports pack and BT Sport if you subscribe through Sky are in HD as Standard. Sky Cinema if you subscribe is also in HD. Sky Signature includes BoxSets and Entertainment channels only in SD as standard.

Dec 9, 2024 · Do you mean the HD Add-on subscription? Sky+HD is the older satellite TV box (pre Sky Q), which you may well still be using, rather than a "pack".

Nov 4, 2023 · The HD add on applies to any HD channel that form part of the base entertainment pack - SKY Signature which also includes downloads for them as well as HD downloads from Channel 4 & C5 (SKY Sports has a separate Sports HD add on which is included as standard in the UK but not Ireland)
