2024年11月30日 · So why did Sky replace my faulty Sky Q box with what they said was a new Sky Q box, when it appears to be an old model that needs a separate power supply box. Have they just replaced my Sky Q box with a second hand Sky Q box.

2024年3月6日 · Our Sky Q box has recently started randomly turning off. We have checked all the power saving settings and it doesn't seem to be any of those as we previously changed them when it used to turn off after a certain period of time.

2023年6月19日 · There's not much point leaving the Sky Q box on when the TV is off (it will still record etc in standby mode) but if you wish to disable this anyway, go to Settings, Setup, Preferences, set Smart Standby Mode to off.

2023年6月3日 · I updated software and reset sky q box, turned off and back on, changed inactive to none .. you name it I have done it but still happening. Followed all their steps its ridiculous!

2024年1月26日 · I would turn the Sky box on first, not the TV. The sky box should tell the TV to come on and switch to the right HDMI input. I remember some issue with hdmi-cec commands but not sure if it was Samsung.
