2025年2月2日 · Sky are going to replace my existing hub for free with the Sky Hub 4.2. They say it will be dispatched in the next few days, what I would like to know is how will they dispacth the hub and deliver it?. Will it be by Royal Mail or another courier? As nobody will be at home to recieve the deilvery.

Sky needs to replace them and all previous models because they don't meet new requirements for devices connected to the telephone network.
