Furthermore, we demonstrated that SERCA2a inhibits the activation of STIM1/ORAI1 dependent SOCE and the downstream PP2B/NFAT signaling pathway by modifying the agonist-induced intracellular Ca 2+ transient from steady-state to an oscillatory mode.
