2024年6月9日 · poll caid’s suggestion #111 I would like to suggest an interesting WW2 tank for France, the Somua S.40 the Somua S-40 was to be the next generation of the Somua S-35 and serve in the French army as a Cavalry tank just like the S-35. the tank was undergoing various upgrades, a stronger engine, a better suspension, better armor, and a better speed. the tank was designed to be part of the ...

2024年10月27日 · Maus is 7.7 Somua is too. Maus can shoot once every 20 seconds. Somua can shit on you every 4 seconds. Maus is slow AF, Somua is fucking fast and maneuverable. Somehow also any damn thing that touches my barrel destroys it!! Maus should not be at 7.7 should be 7.3 or 7.0. Somua on the other hand, should be 8.0 if not 8.3.

2023年10月26日 · poll In my attempt to cover as many French SPAA systems as possible, we’ll now be looking at a rather curious system, the SOMUA MCG AB 140. The SOMUA MCG AB 140 was one of many attempts of France to create a cheap anti-air system shortly after World War 2. As France at this point found itself in possession of an excess of weapons as the surrender of Germany had given them a rather bountiful ...

2024年10月27日 · The Somua SM is an almost undestroyable enemy, when facing an uptier, 50% of the time I can’t even pen the tiny (apparent) turret weakspot I should be able to penetrate from the front with a King tiger. The Tank itself also has the best reload at this br just like every french 7.7 tank and the gun can pen everything reliably at its br and eaven at an uptier. A lot of Somua SM players just ...
Somua SM or IS-6? - The Academy - War Thunder - Official Forum
2024年5月29日 · I’d say Somua. It’s more meta, and the capability an autoloader gives you to absolutely destroy a flank cannot be understated. And it’s armor will occasionally bail you out. Plus France 7.7 is still a very capable lineup.

2024年12月23日 · It really just depends on what BR you are for France. I would say that unless you are at or very close to Rank VI, buy the Somua SM. The Somua SM however is a heavy tank and heavy tanks are the worst kind of premium to buy, although the Somua itself is pretty decent. It really suffers in uptiers.
Should I get somua sm or get something else? - Official Forum
2024年12月1日 · The Somua SM is a good tank. If you want to grind France it’s a good pick, and France 7.7 is a very strong lineup. Like any heavy tank, it suffer in uptiers, but the good gun and fast reload should make up for it. The reverse speed is quite poor, but it goes pretty fast forward. Don’t rely too much on your armor, though.
