2005年8月14日 · I’m looking to upgrade my old soundbar after recently upgrading to an OLED Bravia. There’s no way I’m shelling out £1000’s on the HT-A7000 + sub + rears, therefore despite being a 2018 model the HT-Z9F still looks like one of the better options.

2015年12月30日 · Havent seen a thread on this yet. Got mine from John Lewis today. All set up. DV, HDR being passed through to TV from OPPO 203 and ATV4K. ARC working consistently with my Sony A1. Sony pack a nice little Atmos Demo disk to try. Looking forward to some testing through the next week. No lip sync issues on all sources tried yet.

2018年4月18日 · I've been using it a lot more and have decided the Sony Sound Mode actually sounds terrible on PS4. There's a phasey hollowness to the content and in-game dialogue can be really difficult to hear, across all sound modes. Very easy to witness this by playing the FF7 remake demo which sounds particularly bad.

2018年4月18日 · I have a cheapo HT-Z9F on the way with no grill and no subwoofer. I discovered that the HT-Z9F actually has three undocumented 3.5mm Aux ports on the back under a cover for the 2 optional rear speakers and subwoofer. I intended on going wired anyway as I've read that people have issues with the wireless connection on this model

You'd think they'd make sure their gear all fitted together, but no, their TVs have some of the ugliest feet that also cut into any soundbar space. 2020年5月4日 · enabled IR passthru, and Bravia Sync is enabled so i can control it with my TV remote (sony kd-43xd8305). first problem, when i change the volume, the volume changes on the soundbar as expected, however the volume control level on the screen doesn't match the volume level on the soundbar display. example - soundbar volume 22, tv shows volume 46.

2018年4月18日 · With CEC active the Sony home screen will automatically activate on some TV's as part of their default CEC behaviour. How you managed to get it working with ARC but not CEC is a mystery to me, in the Z9F HDMI settings you can toggle off CEC but if memory services this also disables ARC.
