Spike (a.k.a. Gentle Giant Spike[1] or simply Gentle Spike[2]) is a main character in The Land Before Time and a major character in the Land Before Time sequels and television series. He is a member of the type which is referred to as " Spiketails " in the films and TV series.

Spike, possibly effects by Frank Welker (I), then voiced by Rob Paulsen (II-V, VII-XIV, TV series) and Jeff Bennett (VI), is a green male Stegosaurus [29] or "Spiketail". Despite being the largest, he is actually the youngest of the original main characters; his hatching being witnessed by Ducky whose parents later adopted him.

Spike is a supporting character in The Land Before Time. When Cera tells her tale about meeting the Sharptooth she accidently knocks Ducky who goes flying into the air and lands near a nest where she finds a baby Stegosaurus, who is hatching from his egg and who has no parents.

The core five 'Prehistoric Pals', composed of Littlefoot, Cera, Ducky, Petrie, and Spike, shown at the end of the original film from 1988. The Prehistoric Pals (as referred to on the DVD boxes) consists of the main characters of The Land Before Time franchise.

2024年2月13日 · This game is such a mixed bag of ideas, but it’s the better of the two LBT GBA games for sure. At least you get to play as Petrie for a bit, which makes it the only time he’s playable in any non-PC LBT game!

Bio: Spike is slightly different from the rest of the group–he does not speak, rather he moans or hums. He’s often portrayed as the physically strongest of the group and he absolutely LOVES to eat. His love of food has caused more than a few problems for the gang, but Spike is a valued member and friend.
