mmic全称是单片微波集成电路，业界通常默认三五族工艺，个人理解是特指射频微波频段具有完整功能（比如PA，LNA等）不需额外匹配的、可以直接通过金丝键合等微组装工艺进行级联的一类裸芯片，因其出色的功率和噪声性能，常用于射频前端。

一个是高性能的mmic，主要适用于前向的探测，提供高分辨率以及长距离的探测；另一个是高集成度的soc，可降低成本，作为前向或者环视雷达，应用于辅助驾驶、自动泊车等。
