2011年3月23日 · The Star Mod30M is the “military” variant of the Star Model 30. It’s an all-steel, long-barrel full-sized package. The company produced the Star 30M from 1983 – 1994. Elements of the Spanish military as well as Gardia Civil issued the weapon. In the late 90’s, Spain’s police and military organizations shifted away from the Star.

The Star Model 28 was one of the first of what quickly came to be known as the "wondernines." These were any double-column, high-capacity, double-action 9 mm Parabellum handguns. 2012年2月26日 · I'm considering acquiring another 9mm pistol. I like the specifications and looks of the Star Model 30M. What is the opinion of folks on this board. Reliability? Ergonomics? Accuracy? I have a 28M and it is a tack driver. The 28M and 30M are basically the same with the exception of the position of the extractor. I have had no fte or ftf issues.

Star 30M is a recoil operated, locked breech pistol, that uses Browning-designed, linkless locking (High Power-type), with two lugs on the barrel and shaped cam under the chamber that interacts with slide stop axis iside the frame.
