StarHub has this function called priority time, where it is a set number of hours where you can 'skip' the queue. On their monthly plans, it ranges from 10/50/100 hours. Queue times on this alliance partner is disgusting.

this, i also play in starhub, having premium feels like using free tier, even though there is no free tier in starhub, a lot of time when i play at nigh around 8 - 10 pm GMT+8, the queue is 100+ and need to waits hours until getting the "pc" not only that even if we got the PC, at that time most likely i will get gtx 1060 card.
