When the OBOGS issue exploded in 2017 there was a lot of talk about replacement. News media called the jets dangerous and many IPs were quoted as refusing to train students in it.

2020年4月30日 · Thanks for the info. I'm an E2/C2 student and there is zero way I go to the boat by January. I really hope the first time I go to the boat is not in an E2. If, and that's a big if, students get waived from CQ it would not start with E2 guys. I would still plan on going to the boat.

2011年11月3日 · I think the T-45C from the Kingsville June 2010 incident is up and flying again. If not, I heard it will be flyable in the near future.
