2024年4月22日 · Lost the back plate to my T350 - 9 iron at 10 1/2 months after buying them. Sent message to Titleist Rep to see what options I have. I don’t even have the plate to epoxy on or repair myself. A little disappointed that these are falling off.

2023年12月15日 · I bought my T350s late summer of 2023. I've had the back name plate of my 4 iron fly off at the driving range. Luckily I was able to get it and epoxy it back on. However, while playing a round last week I lost the back plate to my PW. I just emailed Titelist yesterday to see if they can send me one.
