Using Box, files can be securely stored and accessed easily from any device and is similar to Dropbox. Share large files securely with anyone – even if they are not TCU employees or students.

What is Box and how do I use it? Box is an online collaborative file storage solution that TCU has purchased for faculty/staff to use. Please, visit our Box site for more information. TCU data must be protected to prevent loss, theft, unauthorized access, disclosure or destruction.

For access to files only, Box is a cloud-based storage solution available for Faculty and Staff. See https://it.tcu.edu/box for details. Alternatively, files can be downloaded and uploaded from the Homefile (M: drive) share using FTP. TCU employees can use VPN and Remote Desktop to connect from a remote computer to a computer located at TCU.

Use Box to create an online, secure space to work with collaborators. Open, edit and save files in Box directly from Microsoft Office and Office 365 ProPlus on your Windows computer using Box for Office. Share files with others from Office and Outlook using shared links to avoid insecure attachments, save network bandwidth and reduce storage costs.

Sign into TCU Box.com. using your TCU username. Once logged in, you will see an Upload button on the top right of the screen. For one image or logo, simply use the Upload button. For multiple images, use the New button and select Folder.
