2024年6月8日 · TDK FE90s look a lot like TDK D90s which are decent tapes for home recording. Theyre type 1 so they can be kind of noisy but they have good bass. There are def worse type 1 tapes out there, most of the TDK D90 tapes I've used had good steady pitch and good treble response, which the worse tapes will be wobbly and wooly.

I'm looking into buying some, and have the remote feeling they are like the TDK BASS or CDing tape. Can someone please do me a favour, and if they have one, check the visual appearance of the tape inside.

2020年3月28日 · Does anyone know how to identify a plant or date or any details from the late Imation/TDK cassettes? i've seen many different tapes loaded into late FErric, but this one stands out, the tape pack is small, but as small as AT9 (c120) cut to c90 length. it looks like 1990s AD, optimum bias level, a tiny bit above the BASF standard.

6 天之前 · tdk fe 90 Not up to the standards of some of the so called premium tapes, but they perform surprisingly well. As with all things, it depends on what you use them for - but they are good all round performing tapes, as good today as they were back in the late 90's.
