Does anyone have a way this can be done when using the Windows explorer? No TGA thumbnails :- ( I have always used PS or memorise the file name before importing or using in 3d app.

PNG Vs. TGA question in Substance - polycount
I prefer using TGA in Unreal 4, but the TGA export from Substance Painter looks oversaturated and muddy in Unreal 4. I have tried opening the TGA in Photoshop and changing the image mode to 16 bit to see if that improves the in engine quality, but then I lose the ability to save as a TGA. If anyone has a suggestion I would be appreciative.
