The TL081 is a low cost high speed JFET input operational amplifier with an internally trimmed input offset voltage (BI-FET IITMtechnology). The device requires a low supply current and yet maintains a large gain bandwidth product and a fast slew rate.

These chips, when properly assembled, display characteristics similar to the TL082. Thermal compression or ultrasonic bonding may be used on the doped-aluminum bonding pads. Chips may be mounted with conductive epoxy or a gold-silicon preform. TOLERANCES ARE ±10%. ALL DIMENSIONS ARE IN MILS. PIN (4) IS INTERNALLY CONNECTED TO BACKSIDE OF CHIP.
