Prvi fudbalski klub u Bačkoj Topoli formiran je 1912. godine a zvanično postoji od 1913. godine pod imenom „Topolski Sportski Club" (TSC). Klub je gradski, a generalni sponzor kluba je kompanija „SAT-TRAKT” DOO iz Bačke Topole. Predsednik kluba je gospodin Sabolč Palađi.

At the end of the 2019/20 season, the club finished in 4th place and qualified for the Europa League. The second qualifying round saw the famous match between TSC and FCSB from Romania, in which no fewer than 12 goals were scored. The club will receive a new stadium in 2021. The TSC Arena is the most modern stadium in Serbia and has 4,500 seats.

U sezoni 2018/19. klub ostvaruje istorijski uspeh osvajanjem prvog mesta u Prvoj ligi Srbije i plasmanom u Superligu Srbije. Na kraju sezone 2019/20. klub osvaja 4. mesto i tako ostvaruje plasman u kvalifikacije za Ligu Evrope. U drugom kolu kvalifikacija odigran je čuveni meč TSC-FCSB iz Rumunije na kojoj je viđeno čak 12 golova.
